• Día 31 al 4 de septiembre Evaluaciones Diagnósticas del nivel de primaria.
• Día 1° Entronización de la Biblia en cada Nivel.
• Día 1 inicia reto PET indicaciones precisas a través del nivel.
• Día 2 Reunión con Padres de Familia del Nivel Primaria por inicio de Ciclo escolar (4° 5° y 6° grado) indicaciones precisas a través del nivel
• Día 3 Reunión con Padres de Familia del Nivel Primaria por inicio de Ciclo escolar (1° 2° y 3° grado) indicaciones precisas a través del nivel
• Día 4 Misa de Viernes Primero, Celebración de María Niña y Apertura de Ciclo escolar, a las 8:15 am en el Salón de Usos Múltiples (SUM).
• Día 4 Reunión con Padres de Familia del Nivel Preescolar por inicio de Ciclo escolar indicaciones precisas a través del nivel
• Día 7 Publicación Video Promocional Ecológico.
• Día 7 Inicio de Clubes, según horarios establecidos.

• Día 11 Elección de Sociedad de Alumnos participan alumnos de todos los Niveles.

• Día 15 Demostración de Canasta Mexicana en el Nivel Secundaria. Indicaciones en este mismo Nivel.
• Día 16 SUSPENSIÓN DE LABORES DOCENTES.
• Día 17 Festejo de Cumpleaños del Nivel de Preescolares indicaciones precisas a través del nivel.
• Del 17 al 24 de septiembre Evaluaciones Mensuales de Secundaria.
• Día 18 Expo Cultura y Tradiciones del Nivel Preparatoria indicaciones precisas a través del nivel.

• Día 18 NOCHE MEXICANA DE 6:00 PM A 11:30 PM EN LAS INSTALACIONES DE NUESTRO COLEGIO.
• Día 21 Honores cívicos generales a las 8:15 am en el SUM.
• Del 21 al 30 Evaluaciones Primer parcial Nivel Preparatoria
• Día 22 Encuentro con Cristo 4° de Primaria. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa.
• Del 22 al 24 Expo Arte Preescolar indicaciones precisas a través del nivel.

• Día 23 Primera Sesión presencial de Escuela para Padres a las 7:30 pm en el SUM y capacitación “Filosofía Institucional”. Este mismo día informe de Sociedad de Padres de Familia.
• Día 24 Homenaje a nuestro Padre Fundador por Nivel Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa.
• Día 25 Consejo Técnico Escolar en Nivel Básico: los alumnos de los Niveles Preescolar, Primaria y Secundaria no asisten a clases.
• Día 24 Festejo de Cumpleaños del Nivel de Primaria indicaciones precisas a través del nivel.
• Día 25 Inicia aplicación de encuestas de necesidades Sociales.
• Día 26 inicia Academia de regularización de inglés Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Inglés.
• Del 28 al 30 Evaluaciones Mensuales de Primaria.
• Dia 30 Encuentro con Cristo de 5° de Primaria indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa

Through this newsletter, we share the activities scheduled at our school for the month of September:

• August 31 – September 4: Diagnostic evaluation for the ELEMENTARY LEVEL.
• September 1^st: Enthronement of the Bible in each level.
• September 1^st: Start of the PET challenge specific instructions will be provided by the level.
• September 2^nd: Meeting with Elementary level parents regarding the start of the new school year (4^th, 5^th, and 6^th grades only) specific instructions will be provided by the elementary level
• September 3^rd: Meeting with Elementary level parents regarding the start of the new school year (1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd grades only) specific instructions will be provided by the elementary level
• September 4^th: Friday Mass, Celebration of the nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Maria Niña), and school year opening ceremony at 8:15 am in the multi-purpose hall (SUM).
• September 4^th: Meeting with the preschool level parents regarding the start of the school cycle Specific instructions will be provided by the preschool level
• September 7^th: Release of the eco-friendly promotional video.
• September 7^th: Start of clubs, according to established schedules.
• September 7^th, 8^th, and 10^th High school student council campaign.
• September 8th Prayer to the Child Mary (Niña Maria) by level; Instructions via the Educational Pastoral Coordination
• September 8^th: Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament (high school level). Instructions via the Educational Pastoral Coordination.
• September 9^th: “Encounter with Christ” (Encuentro con Cristo) Elementary level 2^nd grade. Instructions via the Educational Pastoral Coordination.
• September 11^th: Tribute to the blessed Virgin of Guadalupe. Instructions via the Educational Pastoral Coordination
• September 11^th: Student council election; Students from ALL LEVELS participate.
• September 15^th: “Mañanita Mexicana” (Mexican-themed morning celebration) for preschool students. Specific instructions will be provided by preschool level.
• September 15^th: “Mexican basket” demonstration (Jr. High level). Instructions will be provided by Jr. high level
• SEPTEMBER 16^th: NO CLASSES (teaching staff is off duty.)
• September 17^th: Preschool level birthday celebration. Instructions will be provided by preschool level.
• From September 17^th to September 24^th: Jr. High monthly evaluations.
• September 18^th: High school level Culture and Traditions Expo. Instructions will be provided by the high school level.

• September 18^th: MEXICAN NIGHT from 18:00 h (6:00 pm) to 23.30 h (11.30 pm) on school ground.
• September 21:  General flag-raising ceremony at 8:15 am in the SUM (Multi-Purpose Hall).
• From September 21 to September 30^th: High school level first grading period evaluation
• Day 22: «Encounter with Christ» event (4th Grade Primary); instructions provided by the Educational Pastoral Coordinator.
• September 22^nd to September 24^th: Preschool Art Expo. Instructions will be provided by preschool level.

• September 23^th: First in-person Parent school at 19.30h (7.30 pm) In the SUM, plus «Institutional Philosophy» training. Parent Association report presented on this day.
• Day 24: Tribute to our Founding Father (by level); instructions provided by the Educational Pastoral Coordinator.
• September 25^th: Consejo Técnico Escolar: Preschool, Primary, and Secondary students do not attend class.
• September 24: Primary Level Birthday Celebration; specific instructions provided by the Primary department.
• September 25: Start of social needs survey administration.
• September 26: Start of English remedial classes; instructions provided by the English Department Coordinator.
• From September 28 to September 30 Elementary level Monthly evaluations.
• The 5th-grade «Encounter with Christ» event is scheduled for the 30th; instructions will be provided via the Educational Pastoral Coordination office.
