Estimados Padres de Familia:

Les damos a conocer a través de este boletín las actividades del mes de septiembre que se llevarán a cabo en nuestro Colegio:

  • Día 1° Entronización de la Biblia en cada Nivel.
  • Día 1° al 5 Inscripciones a las Academias de Inglés, en la Recepción del Colegio.
  • Día 2 Adoración al Santísimo en el Nivel Primaria. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa.
  • Día 4 Reunión con Vocales del Nivel Preescolar a las 11:00 am en Sala de Maestros del Nivel Preescolar.
  • Día 4 Reunión con Padres de Familia del Nivel Primaria de todos los grados a las 6:00 pm en el SUM.
  • Día 5 Misa de Viernes Primero, Celebración de María Niña y Apertura de ciclo escolar, a las 8:15 am en el Salón de Usos Múltiples (SUM).
  • Día 8 Honores Cívicos en el Nivel Primaria. Indicaciones a través de este Nivel.
  • Día 8 Inicio de Clubes, según horarios establecidos.
  • Día 9 Reunión virtual de Primeras Comuniones a las 6:00 pm y de Confirmaciones a las 7:00 pm. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa.
  • Día 10 Encuentro con Cristo 2° grado del Nivel Primaria. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa.
  • Día 10 Expo cultura y tradiciones del Nivel Preparatoria a las 8:30 am en Salón de Actos Planta Baja.
  • Día 12 Spelling Bee en el Nivel Preparatoria. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Inglés.
  • Día 13 inician Academias de Inglés, mismas que se llevarán a cabo los sábados de 8:00 am a 12:00 pm en las instalaciones de nuestro Colegio.
  • Día 16 SUSPENSIÓN DE LABORES DOCENTES.
  • Día 17 LOS ALUMNOS DE TODOS LOS NIVELES NO ASISTEN A CLASES, por Capacitación de Pearson a Docentes de todos los Niveles.
  • Día 18 Encuentro con Cristo de 4° de Primaria. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa.
  • Día 19 Demostración de Canasta Mexicana en el Nivel Secundaria. Indicaciones en este mismo Nivel.
  • Evaluaciones Mensuales:

Preparatoria (Primer Parcial)        Del 15 al 25

  • Día 22 Honores cívicos generales a las 8:15 am en el SUM. Alumnos y Personal pueden asistir con vestuario alusivo a la Independencia de México.
  • Días 22 al 24 Campaña de candidatos a Presidente de la Sociedad de Alumnos.
  • Día 23 Encuentro con Cristo de 5° de Primaria. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa.
  • Día 24 Primera Sesión presencial de Escuela para Padres a las 6:30 pm en el SUM y capacitación del Documento Congregacional “Luz y Camino”. Este mismo día Votación para elección de Sociedad de Padres de Familia.
  • Día 25 Elección de Presidente de Sociedad de Alumnos. Participan alumnos de todos los Niveles.
  • Día 26 Consejo Técnico Escolar en Nivel Básico: los alumnos de los Niveles Preescolar, Primaria y Secundaria no asisten a clases. Los alumnos del Nivel Preparatoria visitan museos de la Ciudad de Monterrey, como actividad de bienvenida; el Nivel Preparatoria dará los detalles de esta visita.
  • Día 26 NOCHE MEXICANA DE 6:00 PM A 11:30 PM EN LAS INSTALACIONES DE NUESTRO COLEGIO.

Día 29 Simulacro contra incendio; participan Alumnos de los cuatro Niveles y todo el Personal de nuestro Colegio.

Dear Parents,

Through this newsletter we share with you the activities for the month of September that will take place in our School:

  • Sept 1 Enthronement of the Bible in each Level.
  • Sept 1–5 Registration for English Academies at the School Reception.
  • Sept 2 Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in Elementary Level. Instructions through the Educational Pastoral Coordination.
  • Sept 4 Meeting with Preschool Level Representatives at 11:00 am in the Preschool Teacher’s Room.
  • Sept 4 Parent Meeting for Elementary Level (all grades) at 6:00 pm in the Multipurpose Room (SUM).
  • Sept 5 First Friday Mass, Celebration of the Nativity of Mary, and Opening of the School Year at 8:15 am in the Multipurpose Room (SUM).
  • Sept 8 Civic Ceremony in Elementary Level. Instructions through this Level.
  • Sept 8 Start of Clubs, according to established schedules.
  • Sept 9 Virtual meeting for First Communions at 6:00 pm and for Confirmations at 7:00 pm. Instructions through the Educational Pastoral Coordination.
  • Sept 10 “Encounter with Christ” for 2nd Grade Elementary. Instructions through the Educational Pastoral Coordination.
  • Sept 10 Cultural and Traditions Expo of High School Level at 8:30 am in the Ground Floor Assembly Hall.
  • Sept 11 Mexican Basket Demonstration in Middle School Level. Instructions through this Level.
  • Sept 12 Spelling Bee in High School Level. Instructions through the English Coordination.
  • Sept 13 English Academies begin; they will be held on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on school premises.
  • Sept 15–18 Campaign for Student Council President Candidates.
  • Sept 16 NO CLASSES (National Holiday).
  • Sept 17 NO CLASSES for Students of all Levels due to Pearson Training for Teachers of all Levels.
  • Sept 18 “Encounter with Christ” for 4th Grade Elementary. Instructions through the Educational Pastoral Coordination.
  • Sept 19 Election of Student Council President. Participation of students from all Levels.
  • Monthly Evaluations:
    • Elementary: Sept 16–19
    • Middle School: Sept 18–25
    • High School (First Term): Sept 22–30
      • Sept 22 General Civic Ceremony at 8:15 am in the SUM. Students and Staff may attend wearing attire related to Mexico’s Independence.
      • Sept 23 “Encounter with Christ” for 5th Grade Elementary. Instructions through the Educational Pastoral Coordination.
      • Sept 24 First in-person session of the School for Parents at 6:30 pm in the SUM and training on the Congregational Document “Light and Path.” On this same day, voting will be held for the election of the Parent Association.
      • Sept 26 Teacher Training Council in Basic Levels: Students in Preschool, Elementary, and Middle School do not attend classes. High School students will visit museums in Monterrey as a welcome activity; High School Level will provide details about this visit.
  • Sept 26 MEXICAN NIGHT from 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm on school premises.
    • Sept 29 Fire Drill: All students from the four Levels and all School Staff will participate.
