Estimados Padres de Familia:

Les damos a conocer a través de este boletín las actividades del mes de octubre que se llevarán a cabo en nuestro Colegio:

• Día 3 Venta Misionera del Nivel Preescolar. Las indicaciones se les harán llegar a través de la Dirección de este nivel.
• Día 4 Encuentro con Cristo de 1° Grado de Primaria en las instalaciones de nuestro Colegio. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa.
• Día 4 Torneo de Natación. La Coordinación Deportiva dará mayores informes.
• Día 6 Inicia la Primera sesión del Programa “Emocionarte”, dirigido por el Departamento de Orientación Psicológica.
• Día 6 Plática de “Lavado de Manos” para alumnos de 1er grado del Nivel Preescolar a las 9:00 am en el Salón de Actos Planta Baja. Impartida por nuestra Enfermera General Perla Cecilia Fuentes Puente.
• Día 6 Inauguración de la Semana Vocacional a las 8:15 am en el Salón de Usos Múltiples.
• Día 7 Adoración al Santísimo a nivel general. Según horario asignado por la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa.
• Día 8 Temas Vocacionales en cada uno de los niveles.
• Día 8 Segunda Sesión de Escuela para Padres (Virtual). A las 7:00 pm por la Plataforma Zoom. Tema: Uso de Plataforma Innovat.
• Día 9 Café Vocacional a las 7:15 am en el Salón de Actos Planta Baja.
• Día 9 Feria Vocacional a las 9:00 am en el Salón de Usos Múltiples.
• Día 9 Concurso interno de Ortografía del Nivel Preparatoria.
• Día 10 Clausura de la Semana Vocacional y Eucaristía de Bendición de las Rosas (en conmemoración del 130 Aniversario de la Coronación Pontificia) a las 8:15 am en el Salón de Usos Múltiples.
• Día 10 Venta Vocacional. Con el apoyo de las Promotoras Vocacionales.
• Día 13 Plática de “Lavado de Dientes” para alumnos de 2do grado del Nivel Preescolar a las 9:00 am en el Salón de Actos Planta Baja. Impartida por nuestra Enfermera General Perla Cecilia Fuentes Puente.
• Día 17 Un Event High School del Nivel Preparatoria a las 8:30 am en el Salón de Usos Múltiples.
• Día 17 Venta Misionera del Nivel Secundaria. Las indicaciones se les harán llegar a través de la Dirección de este nivel.

• Día 20 General Assembly a las 8:15 am en el Salón de Usos Múltiples.
• Día 20 Plática de “Lavado de Dientes” para alumnos de 3er grado del Nivel Preescolar a las 9:00 am en el Salón de Actos Planta Baja. Impartida por nuestra Enfermera General Perla Cecilia Fuentes Puente.
• Día 22 Encuentro con Cristo de alumnos de 6° Grado del Nivel Primaria. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa.
• Día 24 Venta Misionera del Nivel Primaria. Las indicaciones se les harán llegar a través de la Dirección de este nivel.
• Evaluaciones mensuales:

Primaria                             Del 20 al 24 de octubre

Secundaria                       Del 20 al 27 de octubre

Preparatoria                      Del 20 al 28 de octubre

• Día 28 Concurso interno de Calaveras Literarias del Nivel Secundaria.
• Día 29 Rosario Misionero a las 8:15 am en el SUM. Este día habrá entrega de Insignias de la Infancia y Adolescencia Misionera (IAM).
• Día 30 Exhibición de Altar de Día de muertos: 9:30 am | Festival del Día de muertos: 7:00 pm en el SUM. Ese día por la mañana, habrá Venta Misionera del Nivel Preparatoria. Las indicaciones se les harán llegar a través de la Dirección de este nivel.
• Día 31 Open House del Nivel Preparatoria.
• Día 31 Consejo Técnico Escolar. Los alumnos de los niveles Preescolar, Primaria y Secundaria no asisten a clases. Los alumnos del Nivel Preparatoria participan en el Open House de este nivel.

Through this newsletter we share with you the activities for the month of October that will take place in our School:

• Oct 3 Missionary Sale for Preschool Level. Instructions will be provided by the Direction of this level.
• Oct 4 “Encounter with Christ” for 1st Grade Elementary, held on school premises. Instructions through the Educational Pastoral Coordination.
• Oct 4 Swimming Tournament. Further information will be provided by the Sports Coordination.
• Oct 6 Start of the first session of the “Emocionarte” Program, directed by the Psychological Guidance Department.
• Oct 6 “Handwashing” Talk for Preschool 1st Grade students at 9:00 am in the Ground Floor Assembly Hall. Led by our General Nurse, Perla Cecilia Fuentes Puente.
• Oct 6 Opening of the Vocational Week at 8:15 am in the Multipurpose Room.
• Oct 7 Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament (general). According to schedule assigned by the Educational Pastoral Coordination.
• Oct 8 Vocational Topics in each educational level.
• Oct 8 Second Virtual Session of the School for Parents. At 7:00 pm via Zoom. Topic: Use of the Innovat Platform.
• Oct 9 Vocational Café at 7:15 am in the Ground Floor Assembly Hall.
• Oct 9 Vocational Fair at 9:00 am in the Multipurpose Room.
• Oct 9 Internal Spelling Contest for High School Level.
• Oct 10 Closing of the Vocational Week and Eucharist with the Blessing of the Roses (commemorating the 130th Anniversary of the Pontifical Coronation) at 8:15 am in the Multipurpose Room.
• Oct 10 Vocational Sale with the support of the Vocational Promoters.
• Oct 13 “Tooth Brushing” Talk for Preschool 2nd Grade students at 9:00 am in the Ground Floor Assembly Hall. Led by our General Nurse, Perla Cecilia Fuentes Puente.
• Oct 17 Un Event High School for High School Level at 8:30 am in the Multipurpose Room.
• Oct 17 Missionary Sale for Middle School Level. Instructions will be provided by the Direction of this level.
• Oct 20 General Assembly at 8:15 am in the Multipurpose Room.
• Oct 20 “Tooth Brushing” Talk for Preschool 3rd Grade students at 9:00 am in the Ground Floor Assembly Hall. Led by our General Nurse, Perla Cecilia Fuentes Puente.
• Oct 22 “Encounter with Christ” for 6th Grade Elementary students. Instructions through the Educational Pastoral Coordination.
• Oct 24 Missionary Sale for Elementary Level. Instructions will be provided by the Direction of this level.

• Monthly Evaluations:
  • Elementary: Oct 20–24
  • Middle School: Oct 20–27
  • High School: Oct 20–28
• Oct 28 Internal Literary Calaveras Contest for Middle School Level.
• Oct 29 Missionary Rosary at 8:15 am in the Multipurpose Room. On this day, Insignias of the Missionary Childhood and Adolescence (IAM) will be awarded.
• Oct 30 Day of the Dead: Altar Exhibition 9:30 am | Festival: 7:00 pm Multiple Uses Hall. Missionary Sale for High School Level. Instructions will be provided by the Direction of this level.
• Oct 31 Open House for High School Level.
• Oct 31 Teacher Training Council. Preschool, Elementary, and Middle School students will not attend classes. High School students will participate in their Open House.
