Estimados Padres de Familia:

Les damos a conocer a través de éste boletín las actividades del mes de Noviembre que se llevarán a cabo en nuestro Colegio:

• Todo el mes de noviembre clases públicas de inglés, invitación con fechas, horarios e instrucciones a través de la plataforma Innovat.
• Día 1° de noviembre Exposición de Altar de Muertos de 8:00 am a 2:00 pm en el Salón de Actos Planta Baja.
• Día 2 Eucaristía por los Fieles Difuntos a las 8:15 am en el Salón de Usos Múltiples (SUM).
• Día 4 SUSPENSIÓN DE LABORES.
• Días 7 al 14 Evaluación formativa congregacional para los Alumnos de los Niveles Primaria y Secundaria.
• Día 8: Segunda sesión de Escuela para Padres a las 7:00 pm por la Plataforma Zoom. Tema: «Niños Borderless». Conferencista: Hna. Graciela Meléndez Zermeño.
• Encuentro con Cristo 2° grado del Nivel Primaria.
• Día 10 Juegos Plancartinos en la ciudad de Monclova, Coahuila. Mayores informes a través de la Coordinación Deportiva.
• Días 11 al 13 Alvernia Juvenil en las instalaciones del colegio. Informes en Pastoral Educativa.
• Día 15 Honores cívicos generales a las 8:15 am en el SUM. Asisten sólo Alumnos y Docentes del colegio.
• Día 16 Expo-UNI del  Nivel Preparatoria en el SUM de 5:00 pm a 7:00 pm. Asisten Padres de Familia.
• Día 18 Peregrinación al Santuario de nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. Participan también Padres de Familia:

NIVELES: Primaria Superior (4°, 5° y 6° Grado), Secundaria y Preparatoria.

LUGAR Y HORA DE SALIDA: Calle lateral a Avenida Universidad a las 7:00 am

MISA: 8:00 am.

UNIFORME: Invierno.

NIVELES: Preescolar y Primaria Inferior (1°, 2° y 3° Grado).

LUGAR Y HORA DE SALIDA: Emilio Carranza y Corona (Colegio Francisco de Urdiñola) a las 8:30 am.

MISA: 9:00 am.

UNIFORME: Invierno.

Sólo los alumnos que participarán en cualquier comisión relacionada con este evento, asistirán con uniforme de gala.

FAVOR DE RECOGER PUNTUALMENTE A SUS HIJOS AL TERMINAR LA EUCARISTÌA EN EL SANTUARIO DE GUADALUPE, YA QUE EL PERSONAL DEL COLEGIO VIVIRÁ SU RETIRO DE ADVIENTO.

• Día 21 SUSPENSIÓN DE LABORES.
• Días 22 al 24 Evaluación formativa congregacional para los Alumnos del Nivel Preparatoria.
• Día 24 Celebración de Thanksgiving; los alumnos podrán asistir caracterizados como Peregrinos o como Indios Nativos Americanos para conmemorar el Día de Acción de Gracias como tradición de la Cultura Estadounidense.

• Día 25 Consejo Técnico Escolar. Los Alumnos y Docentes asisten a clases en horario regular de viernes. Este mismo día Formación cristiana congregacional de los Educadores en la Fe de 8:00 am a 9:30 am.
• Días 26 y 27 Adoración Nocturna en el Salón de Actos Planta Baja.
• Del 28 de noviembre al 2 de diciembre Science Fair en el SUM. Participan Alumnos del Nivel Preescolar hasta el de Preparatoria.

EL PRÓXIMO MES DE DICIEMBRE PRESENTAREMOS LA PASTORELA DE CATÓN TITULADA “DIABLOS Y PASTORES” EL DÍA 8 A LAS 7:00 PM PARA PÚBLICO EN GENERAL Y EL DÍA 9 A LA 1:00 PM PARA NUESTROS ALUMNOS.

Dear Parents:

Through this newsletter, we let you know the corresponding activities of November on our school:

• During the month of November Open Classes for all groups, Schedule, invitations and instructions can be found in our platform INNOVAT.
• November 1^st. “Altar de Muertos” exposition from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Assembly Hall ground floor.
• November 2^nd. Mass for the faithful deceased at 8:15 am in the Multiple Uses Hall.
• November 4th Day off.
• November 7^th to 14^th Congregational Formative Evaluation for students from Elementary and Junior High.
  On November 8th:
• Encounter with Christ 2nd Grade Elementary.
• School for Parents: Second Session. “Borderless Kids” through ZOOM at 7:00 pm.
• November 10^th Plancartino Games in Monclova, Coahuila. For more information, attend the Sports Coordination.
• November 11^th to 13^th Alvernia youth retreat in the school´s facilities. For more information in Pastoral Education.
• November 15^th General Assembly at 8:15 am at the Multiple Uses Hall. Only students and teachers attend.
• November 16^th Expo-UNI for High School from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Parents attend.
• November 18th. Pilgrimage to the Lady of Guadalupe Sanctuary. Parents also participate.
• LEVELS: Upper Elementary (4^th, 5^th and 6^th Grade), Junior High and High School.

DEPARTURE TIME AND PLACE: Lateral Street to Universidad Av. at 7:00 am

MASS: 8:00 am.

UNIFORM: Winter

LEVELS: Preschool and Lower Elementary (1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd Grade).

DEPARTURE TIME AND PLACE: Emilio Carranza and Corona Street (Francisco de Urdiñola School) at 8:30 am.

MASS: 9:00 am.

UNIFORM: Winter.

Only Students that are participating in any commission related to this event will wear the Gala Uniforms.

PLEASE PICK UP YOUR CHILDREN ON TIME WHEN THE MASS FINISHES AT GUADALUPE SANTUARY, THE SCHOOL PERSONNEL IS HAVING THEIR ADVENT RETREAT AFTER THE PILGRIMAGE.

• November 21st DAY OFF.
• November 22^nd to 24^th Congregational Formative Evaluation for Students from High School.
• November 24^th Thanksgiving Celebration: Students may attend characterized as pilgrims or Native Americans for the commemoration of the Thanksgiving Day, tradition from the American Culture.
• November 25^th Monthly Technical School Council. Students and Teachers will assist in regular hours from Friday Schedule. Also Congregational Christian Formation of the Educators in Faith from 8:00 to 9:30 am.
• November 26^th – 27^th Night worship in the Assembly Hall ground floor.
• From November 28^th to December 2^nd The Science week takes place at the Multiple Uses Hall. Students from all Levels will particípate.

ON THE MONTH OF DECEMBER WE WILL PRESENT CATON´S PASTORELA “DIABLOS Y PASTORES”

ON DECEMBER 8^TH AT 7:00 PM TO THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL AND ON DECEMBER 9^TH AT 1:00 PM FOR OUR STUDENTS.
