Estimados Padres de Familia:

Que este año que inicia, este colmado de bendiciones abundantes para sus familias y que transcurra siempre bajo la luz del Espíritu Santo y el amparo de nuestra Madre Santísima de Guadalupe.

Les damos a conocer a través de éste boletín, las actividades del mes de Enero que se llevarán a cabo en nuestro Colegio:

• Día 9 INICIO DE CLASES en horario normal con Uniforme de Invierno. Inician inscripciones a clubes (9 al 13).
• Días 10 y 11 Adoración Nocturna. Indicaciones a través del Departamento de Pastoral Educativa.
• Día 16 Inicio de Clubes.
• Día 19 Encuentro de Lectores del Nivel Secundaria. Indicaciones a través de este nivel.
• Evaluaciones:

Primaria                                   Del 23 al 27 de enero.

Secundaria                               Del 23 al 30 de enero.

• Día 21 Examen de admisión a Preparatoria a las 9 am. Indicaciones a través de este nivel.
• Día 21 el Personal de Apoyo asiste a Curso de Capacitación de la Federación de Escuelas Particulares, en el Colegio Americano.
• Día 23 Asamblea (Honores cívicos generales en inglés) a las 8:15 am en el Salón de Usos Múltiples (SUM).
• Del 23 de enero al 3 de febrero Fase 1 de Copa Sofía: concurso interno en los Niveles Primaria, Secundaria y Preparatoria.
• Día 27:
• Cuarta sesión de Escuela para Padres.
• Consejo Técnico Escolar, los Alumnos de todos los niveles asisten a clases en horario de viernes.
• Dios mediante en el mes de febrero se tomarán fotografías en familia, únicamente de los alumnos; se les darán a conocer los pormenores a través de las coordinaciones.

Dear parents:

That this coming year is full with blessings to your family always guided by the Holy Spirit light and the companion of our Blessed Mother Mary of Guadalupe.

We let you know trough this News Letter the activities corresponding to the month of January on our school:

• 9^th BACK TO SCHOOL daily Schedule, wearing the winter uniform. Starting of club inscriptions (9 – 13).
• 10^th and 11^th Night Worship. Indication’s trough Educative Pastoral Department.
• 16^th Start of club’s.
• 19^th Junior High Readers’ Encounter. Instrucions on the Level.
• Evaluations:

Elementary                              From January 23^th – 27^th.

Junior High                               Form January 23^th – 30^th.

• 21^st High School Admission Test. Instructions on High School Level.
• 21^st The support staff attends to a training course from the Private School Federation (FEP) taking place in the American Institution.
• 23^rd General Assembly in charge of Junior High and the English Coordination at 8:15 am in the Multiple Uses Hall.
• January 23^rd – February 3^rd Sofia’s Cup Fase 1: internal competition on the Levels of Elementary Junior High and High School.
• 27^th:
  • Parents’ School 4^th edition.
    • CTE, Students from all levels attend to school according Friday Schedule.
• God willing during the month of February Students’ pictures will be taken; If any parameters change you will be noticed trough the respective coordination.
