Estimados Padres de Familia:

Reciban un cordial saludo y nuestros mejores deseos para que éste ciclo escolar que inicia, esté lleno de bendiciones y excelentes resultados, mismos que lograremos con el trabajo en equipo, que caracteriza a nuestra Comunidad Educativa.

A continuación les damos a conocer a través de éste boletín las actividades del mes de Agosto que se llevarán a cabo en nuestro Colegio:

• Día 14 Inicio de clases de alumnos del Nivel Preparatoria, la puerta de acceso principal se cierra a las 7:15 am. Salida a las 2:45 pm.
• Día 14 Curso de Inducción para alumnos de nuevo ingreso del Nivel Primaria de 9:00 am a 1:00 pm en las instalaciones de nuestro colegio.
• Día 15 Reunión virtual con padres de familia del Nivel Preparatoria a las 6:00 pm.
• Del 16 al 18 Curso de Inducción para alumnos del 1° grado del Nivel Secundaria de 8:00 am a 1:00 pm.
• Día 17 Reunión virtual con padres de familia de 1° grado del Nivel Secundaria a las 6:00 pm.
• Día 18 Entrega de material de alumnos del Nivel Preescolar de 8:00 am a 2:00 pm.
• Día 18 Rally de Inducción para alumnos y personal de nuevo ingreso, de 5:00 pm a 7:00 pm en las instalaciones de nuestro colegio.
• Día 21 Ceremonia de Inauguración del Ciclo Escolar 2023-2024 a las 8:15 am en el Salón de Usos Múltiples; asisten alumnos de todos los niveles y personal directivo, docente, administrativo y de apoyo.
• Día 21 Inicio de clases de alumnos de los Niveles Preescolar, Primaria y Secundaria, en los siguientes horarios: Preescolar de 8:00 am a 1:00 pm (Sólo la semana del 21 al 25 de agosto), Primaria, Secundaria y Preparatoria de 7:15 am a 2:45 pm.
• Día 21 Inicio de inscripciones a clubes.
• Del 21 al 25 Evaluación Diagnóstica de alumnos del Nivel Preparatoria. Indicaciones a través del mismo nivel.
• Día 24 Bienvenida a alumnos de nuevo ingreso de todos los niveles.
• Día 26 Conferencia virtual de Nuestro Padre Fundador José Antonio Plancarte y Labastida a las 6:00 pm a través de You Tube (Antonio Plancarte).
• Días 28 al 31 Evaluación Diagnóstica del Nivel Secundaria. Indicaciones a través del mismo nivel.
• Día 28 Reunión virtual con padres de familia del Nivel Preescolar a las 6:00 pm.
• Día 28 Receso con abuelitos del Nivel Primaria. Indicaciones a través de la Dirección de este nivel.
• Día 29 Presentación a alumnos de Abanico de Apostolados, dentro del horario de clases
• Día 29 Iniciación Deportiva en el Nivel Primaria, dentro del horario de clases.
• Día 30 Reunión virtual con Padres de Familia del Nivel Primaria.
• Día 30 Iniciación Deportiva en el Nivel Secundaria, dentro del horario de clases.
• Día 31 Matrogimnasia con Abuelitos del Nivel Preescolar a las 9:30 am en las instalaciones de nuestro colegio.
• Día 31 Iniciación Deportiva en el Nivel Preparatoria, dentro del horario de clases.

Dear Parents:

Receive greetings and our best wishes, we hope that this school year that begins, be full of blessings and excellent results, which we will achieve with the teamwork that characterizes our Educational Community.

Here are the activities of the month of August that will take place in our School:

• 14^th Start of classes for High School students, the main access door closes at 7:15 am. Departure at 2:45 pm.
• 14^th Induction Course for new Elementary Level students from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at our school facilities.
• 15^th Virtual meeting with parents of the High School Level at 6:00 pm.
• From 16^th to 18^th Induction Course for students of the 1st grade of the Junior High Level of 8:00.
• 17^th Virtual meeting with 1^st grade Junior High parents at 6:00 pm.
• 18^th Delivery of pre-school material from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
• 18^th Induction Rally for students and new staff, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at our school facilities.
• 21^st Opening Ceremony of the 2023-2024 School Year at 8:15 am in the Multipurpose Room; students of all levels and management, teaching, administrative and support staff must attend.
• 21^st Start of classes of students from the Preschool, Elementary and Junior High levels, at the following times: Preschool from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (Only the week of 21^st to 25^th August), Elementary, Junior High and High School from 7:15 am to 2:45 pm.
• 21^st Start of club registration.
• From 21^st to 25th Diagnostic Assessment of students of the High School Level. Indications through the same level.
•  24^th Welcome new students of all levels.
• 26^th   Virtual conference of Our Father Founder José Antonio Plancarte and Labastida at 6:00 pm through YouTube (Antonio Plancarte).
• From 28^th to 31^st Diagnostic Assessment of the Junior High Level. Indications through the same level.
• 28^th Virtual meeting with preschool-level parents at 6:00 pm.
• 28^th Recess with grandparents of the Elementary Level. Indications through the Direction of this level.
• 29^th Presentation to students of Fan of Apostolates, within the class schedule
• 29^th Sports Initiation in the Elementary Level, within the class schedule.
• 30^th Virtual meeting with parents of the Elementary level.
• 30^th Sports Initiation in the Junior High Level, within the class schedule.
• 31^st Matrogimnasia with Preschool Grandparents at 9:30 am on our school premises.
• 31^st Sports Initiation in the High School Level, within the class schedule.
