Estimados Padres de Familia:

A continuación les damos a conocer a través de éste boletín, las actividades del mes de febrero que se llevarán a cabo en nuestro Colegio:

• Día 1° junta extraordinaria con padres de familia del Nivel Preparatoria, a las 7:00 pm por zoom. La liga se les hará llegar a través de su maestra titular.
• Día 2 144 Aniversario de la Fundación de la Congregación de Hijas de María Inmaculada de Guadalupe.
• A partir del viernes 4 las clases serán presenciales para los alumnos que asisten diariamente en el nivel de Preescolar; para los alumnos de Primaria y Secundaria se les indicará a quién le corresponde asistir los días viernes; los alumnos de Preparatoria asistirán de forma presencial diariamente desde el día 8.
• Del 27 de enero al 16 de febrero inscripciones a clubes en la Recepción del colegio.
• Del 31 de enero al 4 de febrero, semana de oración por las vocaciones; se transmitirá por nuestra página oficial de Facebook.
• Días 3 y 4 Copa Sofía de Matemáticas del Nivel Preparatoria.
• Día 4 Misa de Viernes Primero a las 8:40 am por nuestra página oficial de Facebook.
• Día 7 SUSPENSIÓN DE LABORES DOCENTES.
• Día 8 sexta sesión de Escuela para Padres a las 7:00 pm por zoom; tema: “Inteligencia emocional aplicada en la familia”. Conferencista: Mtra. Marling Cisneros. Concurso de Redacción de Cuentos del Nivel Primaria.
• Días 8 y 9, Encuentro con Cristo con 2°A del Nivel Preescolar. Indicaciones a través de su Directora de Nivel y su Maestra Titular.
• Días 10 y 11, Encuentro con Cristo con 2°B del Nivel Preescolar. Indicaciones a través de su Directora de Nivel y su Maestra Titular.

• Día 10 concurso de Ortografía del Nivel Primaria. Este mismo día Feria de la Ciencia (virtual) en el Nivel Secundaria.
• Día 12 Encuentro con Cristo con 1°A del Nivel Primaria. Indicaciones a través de su Directora de Nivel y su Maestra Titular.
• Del 14 al 18 de febrero en todos los niveles, Semana de la Amistad.
• Día 14 celebración del Día de la Amistad; este día alumnos y personal pueden asistir con ropa libre.
• Días 15 y 16 Certamen Congregacional  de Oratoria y Declamación de los niveles Primaria Superior, Secundaria y Preparatoria.
• Día 19 Encuentro con Cristo con 1°B del Nivel Primaria. Indicaciones a través de su Directora de Nivel y su Maestra Titular. Este mismo día Misa Familiar a las 5:00 pm por nuestra página oficial de Facebook.
• Evaluaciones mensuales:
  • Primaria                                               Del 16 al 25 de febrero.
  • Secundaria                                         Del 15 al 21 de febrero.
  • Preparatoria (primer parcial)           Del 14 al 25 de febrero.    

• Día 21 inicio de clubes.
• Día 24 transmisión de honores cívicos generales a las 8: 15 am por nuestra página oficial de Facebook.
• Día 25 de febrero Consejo Técnico Escolar. Los alumnos de los niveles de Preescolar, Primaria y Secundaria no asisten a clases. Los alumnos de Preparatoria asisten a clases presenciales en horario normal.
• Día 26 de Febrero Peregrinación virtual a la Basílica de Guadalupe de la Ciudad de México; los detalles se les darán a conocer con anticipación.

Dear Parents:

We inform you through this newsletter the activities of the month of February.

• February 1^st extraordinary meeting though zoom platform for High school level parents at 7:00 pm, link for the meeting will be provide by head teacher.
• February 2^nd 144th anniversary of the foundation of the Congregation of Religious Daughters of Mary Immaculate of Guadalupe.
• Beginning Friday February 4^th, the classes will be in-classroom classes to students who attend daily to Preschool level; in the case of students from Elementary and Junior High; they will be informed who is going to be attending to school on Fridays. Starting on February 8^th, students from High School will attend to school every day.
• From January 27^th  through February 16^th, open enrollment for extracurricular clubs.
• From January 31^st through February 4^th our official Facebook fan page will stream prayer week for vocations.
• February 3^rd and 4^th National Mathematics Sofia Cup for students of High School Level.
• February 4^th first Friday of the month Mass, through our Facebook fan page at 8:40 am.
• February 7^th suspension of teaching duties.
• February 8^th sixth session of “School for parents” at 7:00pm by zoom. Topic: “emotional intelligence in the family” lecturer: Master. Marling Cisneros. Same day Story-writing Contest at Elementary Level.
•  February 8^th and 9^th Encounter with Christ with Preschool 2°A. Your principal and head teacher will give instructions.
• February 10^th and 11^th Encounter with Christ with Preschool 2°B. Instructions will be given by your principal and head teacher.
• February 10^th Virtual Science Fair in Junior High. Same day Orthography contest at Elementary Level.
• February 12^th Encounter with Christ with elementary 1°A. Instructions will be given by your principal and head teacher.
• From February 14^th to February 18^th in all levels, “Week of friendship”
• February 14^th Saint Valentine’s day celebration. On this day students and teachers can wear regular clothes
• February 15^th and 16^th Congregational Speech and poetry Contests for Upper Elementary, Junior High and High School.
• February 15^th Color guard presentations from 4°, 5° and 6° grade of elementary
• February 19^th Encounter with Christ with elementary 1° B. Instructions will be given by your principal and head teacher. On that same day Family Mass at 5:00 pm through our official Facebook fan page.
• Monthly evaluations:
  • Elementary       From February 16^th to February 25^th
  • Junior High        From February 15^th to February 21^st
  • High school (1° partial) From February 14^th to February 25th
• February 21^st first day of extracurricular clubs.
• February 24^th Marching Band demonstration from Preschool. On this same day, our official Facebook fan page will stream the general commemorative assembly.
• February 25^th Technical School Council. The students from preschool, elementary and junior high will not have classes. High school students will attend to classes in regular schedule.
• February 26^th Virtual Pilgrimage to the Basilica of Guadalupe in México City. Details will be given with anticipation.
