Estimados Padres de Familia:

Que este año que inicia, este colmado de bendiciones abundantes para sus familias y que transcurra siempre bajo la luz del Espíritu Santo y el amparo de nuestra Madre Santísima de Guadalupe.

Les damos a conocer a través de este boletín, las actividades del mes de Enero que se llevarán a cabo en nuestro Colegio:

• Día 9 REINICIO DE CLASES en horario normal con Uniforme de Invierno.
• Día 13 Inician las inscripciones a Club, en la Recepción de nuestro Colegio.
• Día 14 Adoración al Santísimo por Alumnos del Nivel Preparatoria, a partir de las 8:00 am.
• Día 14 junta informativa de preparatoria para Padres de Familia de 3er año del Nivel Secundaria, por Zoom a las 7:30 pm.
• Día 15 Encuentro con Cristo 1o. Preparatoria. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa.
• Día 16 Encuentro con Cristo 2o. Preparatoria. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa.
• Día 17 Día de la Caridad de Alumnos de 4° grado sección A del Nivel Primaria. Indicaciones a través de este mismo nivel.
• Día 17 Concurso de Cálculo Mental en el Nivel Secundaria. Indicaciones a través de este nivel.
• Día 18 Examen de Admisión del Nivel Preparatoria. Mayores informes en este mismo nivel.
• Día 20 Honores cívicos generales a las 8:15 am en el Salón de Usos Múltiples (SUM).
• Día 20 Inicio de Clubes.
• Día 21 Spelling Bee en el Nivel Primaria. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Inglés.
• Día 22 Spelling Bee en el Nivel Preescolar. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Inglés.
• Día 22 Open House en PreKínder a las 8:30 am.
• Día 22 Encuentro con Cristo con Alumnos de 3o. Preparatoria. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa.
• Evaluaciones:

Primaria                                   Del 22 al 28 de enero.

Secundaria                               Del 20 al 29 de enero.

• Día 24 Concurso de Oratoria y poesía en el Nivel Secundaria. Indicaciones a través de este nivel.
• Día 25 Curso de capacitación para nuestro Personal de Apoyo en el Colegio Americano de Saltillo, organizado por la Federación de Escuelas Particulares.
• Día 28 Encuentro con Cristo de Alumnos de 5o. Primaria. Indicaciones a través de la Coordinación de Pastoral Educativa.
• Día 28 Visita de Promoción de Alumnos de Secundaria al Nivel Primaria.
• Día 29 Tercera Sesión de Escuela para Padres a las 7:00 pm presencial en el SUM. Tema: “Ciberbullying y el mal uso de las redes sociales”. Expositor: Personal de la Policía Cibernética.
• Día 31 Consejo Técnico Escolar. Los Alumnos de los Niveles Preescolar, Primaria y Secundaria no asisten     a clases. Los Alumnos del Nivel Preparatoria asisten a clases a partir de las 8:30 am, salida normal.

Through this newspaper, we share with you the activities scheduled for January in our school:

• January 9^th : Classes start at regular hours. Students must wear the Winter Uniform.
• January 13^th : Club registration begins at the school’s reception.
• January 14^th : Eucharistic Adoration for High School students starting at 8:00 a.m.
• January 14^th : Informative meeting for parents of 3rd-year Junior High students regarding High School Level. The meeting will take place via Zoom at 7:30 p.m.
• January 15^th : Encounter with Christ for 1st-year High School students. Details will be provided by the Pastoral Education Coordination.
• January 16^th : Encounter with Christ for 2nd-year High School students. Details will be provided by the Pastoral Education Coordination.
• January 17^th : Charity Day for 4th-grade section A students (Elementary Level). Details will be provided by the level.
• January 17^th : Mental Calculation Contest for Junior High students. Details will be provided by the level.
• January 18^th : High School Admission Exam. For more information, please contact the level.
• January 20^th : General Civic celebration at 8:15 a.m. in the Multipurpose Room (SUM).
• January 20^th : Club activities begin.
• January 21^st : Spelling Bee for Elementary Level. Details will be provided by the English Coordination.
• January 22^nd : Spelling Bee for Preschool Level. Details will be provided by the English Coordination.
• January 22^nd : Open House for Pre-Kinder at 8:30 a.m.

  • Elementary Level: From January 22^nd  to 28^th.
  • Junior High: From January 20^th  to 29^th.
    
    
• January 24^th : Oratory and Poetry Contest for Junior High. Details will be provided by the level.
• January 25^th : Training course for our support staff at the American School of Saltillo, organized by the Federation of Private Schools.
• January 28^th : Encounter with Christ for 5th-grade Elementary students. Details will be provided by the Pastoral Education Coordination.
• January 28^th : Junior High promotion visit to the Elementary Level.
• January 29^th : Third Parents’ School Session at 7:00 p.m. in-person at the SUM. Topic: “Cyberbullying and the Misuse of Social Media”. Speaker: Cyber Police personnel.
• January 31^st : School Technical Council. Preschool, Elementary, and Junior High students do not attend classes. High School students attend classes starting at 8:30 a.m. with regular dismissal time.
